In the next steps we will configure your router in such a way that the router allows Zultrax P2P to accept incoming connections. For this we need first to look up the port number used by Zultrax P2P. By default this port number is set to 6346 but it could be that you changed this number.
Zultrax P2P can help you to find the port number. In the menu tools choose system info. This will display a page of information with various details about the program amonst which port. Write the given number for port down, you'll need it later.

Exit Zultrax P2P. Don't leave the program running while you are performing the actions below. Leaving the program running might give you false indiciations that your actions where not succesfull.

Open a webbrowser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox or Opera). Enter the IP address of your router in the address bar of the browser and press enter. The IP address of your router is by default 192.168.1.1

You see a box asking your username and password. By default the username and password for your Comtrend CT-5621 router are both admin Enter your username and password and click the ok button to continue.

Click the link advanced setup. You find this link on the left of the page.

A new menu is displayed. In this menu click nat

A new menu is displayed. In this menu click virtual servers

Click the link add. You find this link on the top of the page.

You see a page titled Virtual Servers. Put a dot in the Custom Server field and type Zultrax P2P in the field next to it. Enter the local IP number you wrote down earlier in the Server IP Address box. In the first row in the table enter the port number you wrote down earlier in all 4 port fields. Leave protocol set to TCP

Click the button save / apply.

Your Comtrend CT-5621 router is configured now. You forwarded a port for Zultrax P2P. You can start Zultrax P2P and you will see incoming connections coming up. This might be not immediatly after start up but within minutes you should see at least some incoming connections. The program will adapt itself to the new configuration.
