How to determine what are good search words?
Just try. A search is easily made and deleted again if it is no good. On almost any search you'll find pictures but not always only the ones you find interesting. It is the creator of the website where the picture is on that links the picture to certain keywords. Searched is on the name of the file and the explanation (tag) that is given with the file.

How many searches can I run simultaneously?
As much as you want. Above around 20 the software might slow down more than you like but that's all. Of course all searches are using the same internet resources. The less searches, the fastest each individual search will bring you images.

Are you using Google for the searches?

Yes but besides Google also several other search engines and specialized image search engines.

Can I only search in English?
No, you can use search words in any language you want. In many cases however English will give the most results, this because the biggest part of the internet is in English.

I was looking for pictures of Kate Beckensale and I only found 10, what's wrong?
You miss spelled, the name of the actress is Kate Beckinsale, with an i instead of a e. The fact that you still found something with Kate Beckensale means that some sites also misspelled. And, just type the name, use "Kate Beckinsale" and not "Kate Beckinsale pictures".
In all cases you find less than what you expected: Check your spelling.
