GrabJPG - Manual
In this manual you'll find detailed information on how to use the features of GrabJPG. You can read each section independent from the other sections. Although we have written GrabJPG to be easy to understand and easy to use we think that with this manual you get a more detailed inside allowing you to get the maximum out of the program.
Program functions
GrabJPG is image search software : searching and downloading images of the world wide web. GrabJPG goes on-line for you and visits websites and image search engines to look for the images, the program does nothing you could not do yourself using a webbrowser as FireFox or Internet Explorer but it does it rather quick, uses it's knowledge of the search engines and takes all the boring work out of hands.
In GrabJPG you have:
- Picture ripper - Get pictures of a website.
- Picture grabber - Get all pictures of a web page.
- Picture search engine - Search the web for pictures.
- Picture viewer - View, store and manipulate the downloaded pictures or pictures you have already on your harddisk.
You can look at the program as someone going on the web and very fast visits all pages of sites or uses search engines to find images that comply to your search criteria. If so, the image is taken and presented to you in a gallery. You can select images, view them, save them, save them all, narrow your search, etc. GrabJPG comes with a full-featured picture viewer that can also be used to view pictures already stored on your computer.
What GrabJPG cannot do
GrabJPG is often confused with file sharing software. Perhaps because we also offer a
P2P file sharing program
. GrabJPG has nothing to do with that. It visits websites, not pictures shared by other users, you can also use GrabJPG to share pictures or publish them on some other kind of way.
Also GrabJPG is not for taking images of you digital camera or mobile phone although you can view and organise those images with GrabJPG.
Free vs Pro version
We are convinced about the quality of GrabJPG. The program is unique in its kind, does it tasks very good and it is quality software. The best way to prove ourselves is to let you try the software, for free. Not in a disfunctional light version but in a fully functional version of the software. That is the free version, it works for 15 days, and you can use it as much as you want within that 15 days. Afterwards we ask you to purchase the Pro version, you can do that
here.
With the pro version you get a license key. Start the program, press F12, enter the key and the 15 days limitation is lifted. The license key is not only for the current version of the software but includes also all updates to come, the key is valid for a one yeare period.
It is a fair deal. You get a period to try the software out before you decide to buy. No rush, it is good, you can see for yourself.
