We -as do many others- oppose to the term intellectual property. First of all it isn't real property and second it is often used for stuff that hardly can be called intellectual. Also in the worldwide discussion about the very negative side effects of intellectual property the term itself is misleading. Some prefer the term intellectual rights. Ourselves we prefer the term monopoly on information which describes the actual situation best.
