Pennelope Jimenez (b. 1978 in California) is a Mexican-American model and actress. She was Playboy's Playmate of the Month of March 2003 and has appeared in numerous Playboy videos.
Prior to becoming a Playmate, Jimenez appeared in XFL "Cheerleader" commercials in 2000 along with Karen McDougal and Rachel Sterling. In her Playboy Cyberclub online chat in 2003, Jimenez credited McDougal for encouraging her to try out for Playboy. Since her Playmate appearance, she has continued modeling and has appeared in other commercials, advertising campaigns and catalogs.
