Zultrax Software collects no private data of visitors of its websites or users of its programs. As little as possible is logged, we do not ask for the creation of accounts or E-mail addresses. No IP numbers are logged, recorded or stored.
Only in case a user or visitor sends us an E-mail or purchases a pro version of one of our products we obtain some private data. Purchases are processed by third party E-commerce providers (Paypal and Plimus) with strict privacy policies. Only the absolute minimum of data is stored by Zultrax software: Purchase date, name, E-mail, country. We do not obtain credit card information so we also do not store it in any way. At purchase the client is asked for address information by the E-commerce provider with the goal of credit card verification. Zultrax Software does not get nor store this information.
The little private data Zultrax Software does acquire, as explained above, is only used for the purpose it is given for. This includes that we do not sent unsollicited E-mails nor share any information with third parties.
The software we supply does not log nothing besides the following non-personal tracable information. (No IP or other info that can connect the data to a person is stored)
- Countings of the number of users of our programs. Not further detailled than by date and country.
- If something with the softwae itself goes wrong, in extreme cases, a bug report, without info about the computer the program runs on and again without any private info.
- Countings of the usage of our license keys to avoid abuse. Also here no private information is logged.
