Please state your problem as clear as you can, give a summary what you tried to do to fix it and supply other information that you think might be relevant. Also mention which of our products it is about. It is hard for us to help you out when we do not really know what is the problem.
Lost serial / license key
If you lost your serial or license key, please contact us by e-mail. We will resend it. We need your name and the E-mail address you used when buying the product. Please do not send us any credit-card information by e-mail.
